Removing range from Akali ult will make her useless mid and Marksman which is the Akali targets will now be able to kite her, so now even Marksmen will be able to counter Akali(700 range of an spell is more or less the same as a 650 range of an auto Attack)

Removing Akali ability to proc the Q mark with E, will make Akali top useless and Akali will be a 3 spell champ(because E will be just a complete waste of energy.

Please don't bring back Season 3 Akali, it isn't fun being banned because you picked Akali, it isn't fun to be wished cancer because you picked Akali, As an old school Akali main, I don't want Akali to be considered a troll pick again.
