thank you all soo much for helping get this skin to be re released as a legacy skin. i know all of you want this :D i did some checking in past riot messages. imparticularly this one: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/plan-vintage-limited-edition-skins and it states near the bottom that: ''Please note these changes don’t have any effect on: Limited Edition skins that were once in the store but are not part of these events (Rusty Blitzcrank, Urf Warwick, Championship Riven, Riot Singed).If these skins are ever brought back, they will be treated similarly.'' but it doesnt say that they are never coming back so I BELIEVE!!!
