Back in the early days of League of Legends, Summoner's Rift had multiple variations as opposed to the lone version currently present. October had the Harrowing rift based on Halloween/autumn. A winter level was also a thing. It's truly a shame they were removed so early on. They added so much variety to the game's ambience and were just a spectacular addition in general. Much of the community missed out on this seeing how exponentially it's grown over the years following their removal.

I'm aware this is no easy task. The old maps would require comprehensive updates as they were originally implemented in Season 1. Either that or the current Summoner's Rift would require significant editing to fit these different themes. It's not as simple as just re-texturing models and the like. It's a huge undertaking especially as it entails all four seasons out of the year. 

As both a paying customer and a member of the League of Legends community, I am requesting on behalf of said community for the seasonal/event concept of Summoner's Rift be brought back into the game.
