Counting down to disclosure. Keeping it public.

Disclosure brings justice. And justice brings real change.

When access to medical records and access to justice is NOT delayed, it leaves less room for inconsistency.

In many legal cases, medical records are essential — not just for establishing facts and truth, but for identifying individuals and protecting what they leave behind, including their homes and estates.

Our campaigns in both the UK and the US are centered on one thing: _transparency at the heart of justice._

In the UK case, we are asking simple questions: what are the policies and procedures behind coronial access to post-mortem images? What are the leading factors behind the repeated inconsistencies, and why is the historically referenced document used in the collection of DNA one of the keys to understanding NHS policy?

These factors are key to understanding whether law and process have been followed correctly, and if NOT, understanding how investigations and accountability must then apply.

Over the next few days, we'll break down exactly why this matters — what happens when systemic failures are left unexposed, and how victims are directly impacted.

We'll also explore why access to medical records matters not only for missing persons, the terminally ill, and the deceased, but also in protecting what they leave behind.

From medical records to deed fraud, a lack of transparency creates the same vulnerability. And that's what we're here to expose.

The countdown to disclosure is on.
We are now awaiting my Barrister, Timothy Becker's final remarks.
4 November 2026 — roll on.

God bless you & your family
