Update on Cheshire Police & Barrister, Timothy Becker
I wanted to share a brief update since my last post.
As previously mentioned, the HMCTS investigation team has issued a written apology and has agreed to release the withheld funds required to proceed with the application for disclosure.
I can confirm that my barrister, Timothy Becker, has been fully briefed on these latest developments and is prepared to move forward. Timothy also understands the time-sensitive nature of this matter, particularly as we approach the holiday season. My aim is to ensure all relevant documentation pertaining to the application for disclosure is submitted to the relevant parties, namely Cheshire Police.
On 24th October 2026, Cheshire Police were informed of the court's request to re-submit documents.
I will continue to keep you updated as we secure a case reference number and await a court date.
