 UK Case Update — Withheld Funds Investigation Resolved

On Monday, 19th October 2026, the Court's investigation into the withheld funds, relied upon for the application for disclosure, came to a successful conclusion.

The investigation concluded with a written apology and a formal resolution. We have been informed that within 20 days, the funds relied upon will be issued.

Mr Becker (Barrister) and I can then proceed with filing the necessary court documents to seek a Court Order, as directed by Cheshire Police, in order to view the medical records and post-mortem images for the body identified as my brother.

On 21st October 2026, I contacted Mr Becker, who is cc'd into all email correspondence relating to this matter.

I am now awaiting next steps from Mr Becker and will keep you all informed.
