Disclosure Application Fee / PHSO - Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman

UPDATE: Disclosure Application Fee / PHSO - Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman
On October 1st, 2026, we received a reply from our MP regarding taking the procedural steps to progress the investigation and formal complaint into why the funds needed for the application for disclosure have not been released.
On October 3rd, 2026, we replied to the MP after completing and submitting all recommended forms required by the PHSO.
*Let us be very clear about what is at stake here:*
The PHSO is fully aware that the withheld funds are to be used to fund a court application. This application for disclosure is not a formality — it is legally necessary for me to understand the medical records, including post-mortem images of the body identified and registered as my brother.
Blocking or delaying access to these records has serious legal gravity. Disclosure is a fundamental part of justice. Without it, we cannot verify identification, we cannot understand cause and circumstance, and we cannot exercise our right to truth. I have a legal and human right to know. Any unnecessary delay is not just an administrative failure — it is an obstruction to justice and to closure.
The Barrister, Timothy Becker, has been copied into all email correspondence and is fully aware of this matter. Evidence of all required documents has been provided and is supported by Mr. Becker.
We will be following up on this matter in the next *7 working days*, to better understand timeframes and next steps.
It is NOT okay for courts and legal systems to delay matters with unnecessary delay tactics. We refuse to allow such delays to exhaust our resources. We thank God for the strength He has given us and our determination to keep, keeping on.
