
We intend to make a public comment at the Tehama County Board of Supervisors meeting regarding the purchase and change of use of the last Chinese structure in Historic Chinatown, Red Bluff California by the Resource Conservation District.
The reason is because, the purchaser, RCDTC is governed by seven Directors appointed by the Tehama County Board of Supervisors and by non-voting Associate Directors appointed by the RCD's Board of Directors.

9:00 AM CALL TO ORDER / PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE / PUBLIC COMMENT
This is a time set aside for members of the public to directly address the Board of Supervisors on any item of interest to the public that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of this board. No action shall be taken on any item not appearing on the agenda unless the action is otherwise authorized by subdivision (b) of section 54954.2 of the government code. This board has chosen to exercise its discretion and limit each speaker to three (3) minutes. Members of the public will be allowed to address the Board of Supervisors regarding items appearing on the agenda at the time the item is called.

The, purchaser, RCDTC and its board of directors meet on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:15 AM in the board room at district’s main location. The board may also schedule special meetings at other times when needed, and will post notice according to the Brown Act.
