Deadbeat Puppy Kicker City Councilman Got Served Today

Mark served San Jose City Councilman Peter Ortiz with court documents today. The documents require Ortiz to appear in court on October 5th and to bring documents related to his bank accounts, cash apps, assets and political campaign. 

Shortly after Ortiz was served with the documents, the process server called out to the Puppy Kicker and exclaimed - 

" Peter Ortiz, don't kick my friend's dog". 

The councilman's response was disturbing and quickly amassed over 350,000 views and comments on Instagram and YouTube.
