I asked the doctors the last time my son had over dosed to please help me as well as the court system and they told me nothing could be done they said he was on a self destruct mode and since he was not suicidal there was absolutely nothing that could be done and the HIPAA LAW also prevented him from getting the help i begged for to help him, me & his young daughters  he was still so young now i have to live life without my son and his daughters have to grow up and live life without a daddy because the system had failed us no matter how hard we tried this petition is to help loved ones that suffer from addiction when the addiction has taken over the abilities to help them selves and make proper decisions if this law is passed it will give family members the power to help them get the proper attention the so desperately need please help the doctors and these family's save all these people from the tragic incidents that could transpire from these awful situations one life saved is better then none at all please help us pass RICKY'S LAW
