Kim Duane Cain was convicted of first degree murder in 1996. Kim Cain did not commit this crime. He was arrested in Palm Beach County on July 15, 1996. Due to the circumstances surrounding the victim, Kim did not receive a fair trial. The victim was Geraldine Pucillo of Palm Beach Island. At the time of her death, her only son, Michael Pucillo was a prominent attorney in the county. Her daughter in law, Debbie Pucillo was also a seated county court judge of Palm Beach. Kim's original defense attorney was Ted Brabham Jr. . He was arrested the night of Kim's verdict for election fraud in Palm Beach county. The Palm Beach Police department had many leads that they never fully investigated. There is also numerous amounts of evidence proving Kim Cain is innocent of this murder. During the trial, Ted Brabham Jr. did not put on a defense at all. There are so many facts that prove the wrong man is behind bars. Please help us get Kim a new and fair trial. Every appeal Kim had has been denied in short periods of time. We need this case heard by unbiased judges, attorneys, and jurors.
