The dead head on the river rock known as "Dead rock" has been around since the 70's, someone kindly tried to restore it, and sadly it was considered vandalism by our great city of Richmond Va. And it was painted over, a group of young adults felt that it shouldn't be, because Dead rock isn't Dead rock with out the dead head skull, if you agree that this historically restored painting shouldn't be remove from this point on, please sign this and use your rights as an American citizen to stand up for what you know is right!
