Parker turned 4 recently and loves the movie "HOME" - Parker and Isaiah are brothers of baby Emily. Baby Emily is our great niece that was born in Florida awaiting placement with Tina and I. Parker arrived to us from Florida at 9 weeks through a process called ICPC. We assumed Emily would have been 7-12 weeks. Now our precious gift has missed her first Christmas, 2 birthdays, Valentines day and Easter.
