If you want to regulate something, can you please step in and do something about the internet providers in rural areas of North Carolina not offering people services?  If anything this problem has gotten worse over the past 6 months.  I'm not exactly sure how that works but if one provider isn't willing to offer services for new customers in the district they are already in then another provider should be able to come in and provide those services.  Our kids NEED to have access to the internet!!
