In light of this, we are now progressing toward potential collective legal action, with affected individuals exploring options to proceed jointly through appropriate legal channels.

We have also received expressions of support from legal professionals who have indicated a willingness to assist in reviewing the matter and advising on next steps.

At the same time, we are developing a separate UK Parliament petition focused on the wider issue raised by this case — namely, the need for stronger safeguards where individuals present themselves publicly as legal professionals or imply regulatory status without clear verification.

This approach ensures that the matter is addressed both:

• at an individual level through lawful procedures, and
• at a broader level through policy and regulatory consideration.
