Thank you for all of the support!! The last count total was 5,437 of combined in-person and digital signatures on change.org! The Japanese American community was included in the Participation Agreement between the Smith Entertainment Group and Salt Lake City Council in September last year. 

Next steps: I will be starting a new petition that will remain open for the duration of the development of the Sports, Entertainment, Culture and Convention District which requests 100 South Japan Town Street to be activated with Japanese businesses, restaurants and artist space.
