The Landlord Rights Association of BC calls on all homeowners to question political candidates from every party about their specific plans to reform BC's tenancy laws if elected. Homeowners must demand clear, time-bound commitments on legislative changes to address tenancy laws, which currently disadvantage hardworking property owners.

Small landlords, who are essential housing providers, are left unprotected by current government policies. Homeowners should hold political parties accountable and unite in defense of their rights. While no political party has committed to protecting homeowners so far, the former housing minister acknowledged the association’s six key demands. Homeowners are encouraged to ask the BC NDP how and when these demands will be fulfilled, emphasizing the need to stand up for their rights.

Please ask the question to all parties and make them accountable.
