We are advocating for fair and equal rights for landlords in BC for past 16 months and it is a time for all concerned BC homeowners to stand united and protect your property rights.

Current BC tenancy laws are biased and unfair without any protection for Landlords. 

Our demands are

1. SET A CLEAR TIMELINE FOR RESIDENTIAL TENANCY BRANCH DECISIONS
2. RESTORE FIXED TERM CLAUSE
3. SOLVE BELOW MARKET RENTERS ISSUE
4. COLLECTION OF UNPAID RENT, UNPAID UTILITIES, FILING FEES, COST FOR REPAIRS CAUSED BY THE DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY & EVICTION COSTS
5. PUBLISH RESIDENTIAL TENANCY BRANCH DECISIONS
6. EXTEND CLOSE FAMILY DEFINITION by including landlord or landlord’s spouse’s; grandparents, brother, sister, their children and / or any relation by blood, marriage, and adoption to be considered as a close family member.
7. MAKE SERVICE OF DOCUMENTATION EASIER
8. ELIMINATE COST RELATED TO EVICTION
9. NOTICE AND COMPENSATION
10. ABANDONMENT OF PROPERTY
