Yesterday (30 May 2017) Rolf Harris was cleared of four charges of indecent assault after a jury could not reach verdicts in a retrial in Southwark Crown Court. Comments from Rolf Harris' brother Bruce underline the importance of addressing the miscarriage of justice in the 2014 trial: 'The fact is he is seen as not guilty now for this lot of complainants but the big thing is the original trial. We are challenging that decision or those decisions. We've got to overturn those convictions. And that, to me, is the important thing. But that has been held over until this case, this last trial, was over. The appeal against the original case is still lodged and until that appeal is done we can't just rest on this last case.'
