New York Atty General James started the Lemio after the State of New York established a law requiring pattern civil rights violating cops be investigated and punished.

The recent Law enforcement misconduct unit determined falsely arresting Lane Schlesinger  in my case, should not have any dealings with the public and be confined to desk duty. 

Despite District Attorney Rocah stating her tenure marked a time when she started a “ clear wrongful conviction unit,” the previous da failed to investigate or vacate wrongful convictions of Lane Schlesinger, previous new rochelle cop. This despite being notified by AG James of the problems with this officers arrests, in New Rochelle.

We need petition signed to undue Schlesingers wrongful convictions.
