Thank you everyone who signed!! Fortunately, no more signatures are needed as the Supreme Court of India took action shortly after when receiving a high volume of attention and criticism, all over social media and due to strikes in local cities. They are choosing a more humane approach known as “capture-neuter-vaccinate-release" (CNVR), among other safer initiatives, saving thousands of dogs lives!!! Very grateful to each person that signed and shared this petition.
