Thank you everyone who has signed this petition! Please continue to encourage others to sign and support our current counseling program. 

We have had some very productive conversations with Kiddo! (who have recently pledged additional monies for non-arts and music related programming to help shore up budget shortfalls) but they are taking their time before they decide where to allocate funds. There are things that you can do to help push the envelope toward couseling. 

1. Continue to talk about it and show support -- we must have dedicated counselors (no interns or Psychologists) at each one of our elementary schools. We want a Wellness Center at the Middle School.
2. Donate to Kiddo! to help them reach their current funding goal and along with your donation send a note saying you would like to support our couseling program as-is.
3. Write letters to Superintendent Kaufman ekaufman@mvschools.org in support of our current counseling program. 
4. Attend or listen in to board meetings (there is one tonight 4/3 at 5p)
