Attention to all supporters, on the back of the progress that was achieved last night at our meeting in Korumburra, the South and West Gippsland Transport Group is taking the next step towards strengthening our already well established municipal and political campaign to return rail to South Gippsland and Leongatha. All of the latest developments for our campaign will now be published on the 'South and West Gippsland Transport Group' Facebook page, which was launched in April 2011. That Facebook page will enact as our driver to getting our messages across the the local community and media agencies and also provide greater opportunities for people to join and engage with our campaign. 'Victorian Government: Return The Leongatha Pass/South Gippsland Train' will remain as a facilitator of spreading our message, however, its primary role will be to provide historical insights about the Great Southern Railway Line (South Gippsland railway line). So don't worry as we are not killing it off and its existence has been one of the primary reason for our existence and now rapidly expanding supporter base.
