This petition stems from a profound personal anguish that seeks justice for a child named Zelena & zylas A relationship that spanned eight years and resulted in a family including our children Zylas and Zelena ended in sorrow, as the mother Ceiana Spillers turned to a life of incest with her father. We had our own home, a normal life, but such peace was shattered by these egregious behaviors and choices that no child should ever have to be part of.

In the past, even after the discovery of her scandalous actions with her father under our shared roof, my inherent desire was to retain our family values and protect my kids. I have succeeded in obtaining the custody of our son Zylas, but the quest to rescue my daughter Zelena carries on. Sadly, despite their mother using the foster care system to return to such a reprehensible lifestyle, my access to my children has been obstructed.

Historically, allowing a child to grow up within a toxic environment can have substantial psychological consequences. The American Psychological Association warns against the severe impacts of growing children in abusive and unstable environments, citing a plethora of potential long-term issues such as depression, low self-esteem, and post-traumatic stress disorders (APA, 2012).

This plea is to instigate immediate action for returning my daughter Zelena from a disturbing environment, infested with incest and neglect.
