Thank you again for your support of the Gretel petition.

Peition Update

We hit 200 signatures over the weekend and now have 227!

The petition is doing what it intended – generating exposure and lots of discussion about how we can get Gretel returned and restored.  It is also rekindling some wonderful memories for the many people involved in her amazing story and helping people to make new connections.

How Else You Can Help

I have started to contact yacht and sailing clubs - many of these are putting up Petition flyers on their noticeboard or including a story in a newsletter.  If you are in a club and/or know someone at a club who could help with this, please email savegretel@gmail.com and let me know.   This is a team effort and any help anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.

I’ll keep you updated as the petition grows and as more action occurs, and please join the Facebook Group if you want to stay closer to the wind.
