Thank you to all who attended the Town Council meeting last night! We 'packed the house.'  We will continue to do so.

Now is the time to get supercharged!  Please talk to your neighbors, talk about the development and have them sign the petition.  There are still residents in town who are not aware of the substantial large scale, change in land uses, and changes to the built environment planned for this 'corridor strip' along the train line downtown.

 Also lawn signs are available.

As we experienced last night, The Mayor and Town Council may not be interested in consensus building or compromise and refuse to see how LARGE and out of SCALE this development is with the downtown.  Let alone the financials. They want you believe all the financials and yet they have never performed any sensitivity analysis to our knowledge that identifies the 'what ifs' if there is breakage at key points of the plan. And the consultants seem very concerned that this developer needs to have double digit internal rate of return.
