Thank you again for your continued engagement and concern for the Beachwood Schools community. We appreciate and respect the passion behind your advocacy.

As previously shared, the Board of Education has thoroughly reviewed the matter involving Mr. Hill. We are confident in the accuracy and integrity of the process that took place.

Dear Megan and all,

The matter concerning Mr. Hill is far from resolved, and no amount of procedural deflection or institutional silence will change that fact. Reiterating that “everything was done by the book” and that Mr. Hill resigned on his own accord, does not make the consequences of these actions disappear—nor will it make this issue go away.

We are not interested in vague assurances or hollow justifications. What we are demanding is transparency, accountability, and ultimately Mr. Hill's reinstatement. This is the only acceptable resolution. Until then, we will continue to press this issue with every available avenue—publicly, legally, and through all appropriate channels.

This is not a moment for silence or bureaucracy. It is a moment for leadership. And the longer your office delays facing the facts, the clearer it becomes that avoiding responsibility has become a strategy.

We urge you to reconsider your stance.
