Thank you for signing the petition and update re parking

Thank you so much to all 77 people who have now signed up to support having New King Street and Cumberland Row resurfaced! Please do encourage your neighbours to sign, as we hope to reach 100 signatures. 

We also just wanted to let you know that the parking debacle at the end last month - with 30 bays suspended for three days for road works that never happened - wasn't actually booked by Wessex Water (as stated on the Council's parking suspension signs). Wessex Water investigated this and have reported back that the only works booked with BANES on those dates were for OpenReach. Thanks to Wessex Water for taking the call, showing real concern for the inconvenience this suspension caused all of us living on the street, and following up by finding out what had actually happened.
