Neighbors and friends, let's come together and help one another! Let's be the change in our community. Rise up and challenge these laws that do more to tear our communities apart then to help. I understand some people want a HOA  to help manage their neighborhoods and some may need them but they don't need to have such control over private properties that they are basically stealing from homeowners! A lot of time it's just a cash grab! 
It started with them fining me for a little details and it's evolved into health issues for them not allowing me to use my own property!
If I can get enough signatures and support I will take this to the state and not leave it.
