Slow and Steady is NOT going to create change!

245 signatures in 3 days. I need 1,000 supporters to get this ball rolling. I read a LOT of complaining online about how people aren't happy with things, so I initiate something with hope of an outcome and all it requires is an electronic signature... if I can't get 1,000 by 01 February 2026... then that tells me the community of San Angelo isn't serious  - and I will abandon my effort at helping.
