Dear Supporters,
We have reached a major milestone. Today, February 2, 2026, the FREEDOM Act (Feasibility Review of Emerging Equipment for Digital Open Media)(S.3360) passed the Senate Foreign Relations Committee with bipartisan support. This bill mandates the use of "direct-to-cell" technology to bypass the Iranian regime’s censorship.
Thanks to your pressure, this bill—led by Senators Jacky Rosen (D-NV) and David McCormick (R-PA) and Representatives Dave Min (D-CA) and Claudia Tenney (R-NY)—is moving forward. I have officially added Senate Majority Leader John Thune and the bill's sponsors to our petition’s 'Decision Maker' list.
Our Next Move: Delivering the Signatures
As the starter of this petition, I am formally submitting a letter on your behalf to these representatives. Enclosed with that letter will be the full list of our 56,000+ signatures. We are making it clear that we demand this bill to move to a full floor vote immediately.
Let’s get to 60,000 before the hand-off so they see this movement is accelerating, not slowing down
Please Share & Promote the petition one last time to help us reach our final goal before the delivery is finalized.
