211 Republicans + 6 Democrats Kill OTA Refunding

Rep. Takano's amendment to reignite the OTA with $2.5 million in (cost-neutral) funding was defeated today in the House by 211 Republicans and 6 Democrats. The House voted 195-217 against. This is a better result than the 191-236 tally the last time it came up, but still disappointing. Notably, 15 Republicans voted for refunding the OTA.
