Heads up! Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) has just published a survey asking for feedback about the changes to Alki Point. Here's the link:

Please take the survey and let SDOT know what you think. Share widely and ask your friends, neighbors and networks to take it too. The survey is open until December 2.

We believe that public access should be fully restored to Alki Point. The Street Closed signs should be removed, and parking should be restored on the west side of Beach Drive. There are other solutions that better meet the needs of the wider community.
