I was addressed by the court Yvonne Bueno-Sanchez again as the courts know I'm in process and in the middle of a divorce. 

I changed my name back to its original birth given maiden before 2004. I informed the Judge at my court appearance and sentencing. 

Before this Plea Agreement I was offered two points five year sentencing as you can see it was changed.

This case also should include a car accident with a diesel driver that happened on the East/West Papago Freeway Interstate 10 right before the 7th street bridge in Phoenix Arizona as I'm heading east, so like I'm on the West side of 7th Street ramp.
