Date of Offense October 17, 2005 refiled in 2006.

As you can also see that Work Furlow was not offered by the courts, nor following protocol knowing the fact my Miranda Rights were not read to me per Misdemeanor and/or Felony Forgery or Aggravated Extreme DUI  to dismiss all charges.

For this date of Offense I was released from Perryville Prison November 17, 2006.

In between these two 2005 original Dates of Offense handled in 2006; I was released May 26 or 27, 2006 on  OR by the Judge and again none of my Miranda Rights were read to me.
