I completed all training Fundamentals of Tax Preparation Pre-knowledge Study exams unlocked and locked along with exam by 12/5/2021 possibly a day or two after. I was also assigned my TPIN:V68...I didn't and haven't receive Textbooks.

Once completed the app disappeared from my tablet. I hadn't received my certificate award or get to click on 3 points. 

Obviously it's not registered at this time and staff of Jackson Hewitt kept signing into my app while in training. 

Nor did I ever receive my pre-paid employee direct deposit card provided by Jackson Hewitt payroll.

I informed Christina that I had already completed a TPIN Registry form and was submitted. I even showed her the SOS for I received by email and she still had me submit a new. Hopefully I didn't get assigned a 2nd TPIN as I typed the one I received V68.

Mind you I had an interview appointment with Rebecca to be a Receptionist at first.
