Feel free to print it and get people to sign it who are not online and then just sign it online for them.

I am open to ideas. So far we have backing from Labour and Green Councillors , nothing so far from SNP, disappointing as I am a member at the moment. 

Anyway Swestrans say they cannot do anything and could not do anything last year as it has to be rejected by Stagecoach first as it was their decision only, and no Councillor or other Swestrans board member can even consider requests by people they are supposed to represent until Stagecoach have been asked .

So I will send it in in three weeks time and copy it to as many Stagecoach managers and local and national politicians as possible.
