I have asked the petition to be an item of business at the next Swestrans board meeting held later this month, and have asked Stagecoach Buses and the Council to also respond to the points made as to any reason that the evening bus service could not be restored and to answer the points we make.

If they refuse to do so and once we have got to 500 signatures I have intimated that we might then hold public meetings, demonstrations, and other actions, but we would rather they just put the buses back on.
