THE VA LEGAL SYSTEM JUST TOLD EVERY LICENSED PROFESSIONAL IN THE STATE THE RECORD DOESN'T MATTER

**The Virginia legal system just told me—and every licensed professional in this state—that the record doesn’t matter.**

They just decided the evidence doesn’t matter.

I have spent nearly five years fighting a board that could not accurately cite the record to support a single charge against me. Every allegation has been contradicted by the evidence. A circuit court judge ruled in my favor on key issues. The appellate court was supposed to review the entire record, yet it inserted contradictions into its own order and still ruled for the board. The Supreme Court then gave both the appellate court and the board “deference” and refused to examine what the record actually shows.

Now I am forced to go back to the Supreme Court alone, pro se, because after almost five years of this fight I no longer have the money to keep paying lawyers. The state has protected its own under the guise of deference, and the courts have allowed it.

If this stands, the precedent is clear: a licensing board can ignore the record, ignore a lower court, and still win simply because the higher courts choose not to look. That standard will not stay limited to my case. It can be applied to anyone who holds a license and finds themselves in the crosshairs of a board that refuses to be bound by the facts.

I need your help more than ever. The fight is not over, but I cannot do this alone. Please share this, sign, and stand with me while I continue to force the courts to confront the record they have so far refused to examine.
