God helps those who help themselves

Dear friends, Discrimination against supervisors ( Middle management of BHEL) must not be tolerated and will not be tolerated. It is not just against constitutional right but also against company prospect. Due to irrational decision of management, company is loosing lot of resources which could have been better managed and made all cadres satisfied. No organisation big or small can overlook one important cadre for longer time and still continue to perform well. It is reflected in BHEL latest financial results. But management may be pretending that every thing is fine. Let us speak out our mind not only to restore supervisor's dignity but also to regain our BHEL lost position. Hope we will reach out to those who have not yet signed. MR Ravikiran singh, Mr V K U kumar both from USA and Mr Abarohi Steven from Nigeria deserves special mention who have supported this petition just because they felt our issues are genuine.
