Today, let’s celebrate elephants and what their presence brings to this world. Beyond their intelligence, power, demonstration of emotions and deep familial bonds, their existence maintains ecosystems that ultimately benefits the overall health of the planet. There is a mutual dependency between us and nature. There is no way around it, we inextricably rely on each other and nature in ways we don’t even realize or fully understand.
According to environmental activist, Paul Watson, we will lose more plants and animals between 2000 and 2065 than we’ve lost in the last 65 million years.
We can find solutions to protect and co-exist with vulnerable elephant populations. We are all connected to each other like a giant invisible web and each of us is integral to life on earth.
With gratitude for your continued support!
