We’re big and we’re not going home! 35,000 of us have made a commitment to ensure the Island Rail Corridor remains a railway with interconnecting trailways that enhance community connections.

The two-month countdown is almost upon us!
There are only 63 days left to use the $18 million made available to First Nations and Regional Districts for the purpose of developing a shared vision for the rail corridor. Will it get extended? Will it get refreshed for a planning stage?

Let’s be loud!

If we keep spreading the word and raising questions about the corridor with our city Councellors and Mayors, if we keep pressing the Transportation issues with the Province to have those “Look West” eyes cast in our direction, and if we keep making the case for our Nation Building shovel ready rail project, we will finally bring about what so many have tried for over 20 years, a modern railway and a better, safer, lifestyle on Vancouver Island.

It’s time for urges!

Urge the Minister of Transportation and Transit, the Premier, and the Prime Minister of Canada to do right by Vancouver Island and Restore Island Rail.
