We need a chorus of voices singing the same tune! Trails and Rails!

In 2023-2024 the CVRD contracted Modus and Stantec to conduct an analysis of the corridor looking at the costs of conversion to a Trail, just making it Commuter Rail, or Trails and Rails. Trails and Rails comes in at $1.03 billion which, when compared to $5 and $6 billion projects on the mainland that only cover 5-7% of the distance, is very reasonable!
