Courtenay will welcome approximately 13,000 additional people, and has to plan for an additional 8,350 homes by 2041.

A lack of planning around the railway is why we are where we are, but with this kind of growth expected over the coming years, it just makes sense to start growing around sustainable travel options like rail.
