With heavy ties to the creation of British Columbia and joining Canada, this corridor is not just our only path to sustainable transportation of people and freight on Vancouver Island, it's part of our heritage!

We've raised so much awareness around the railway that the Cowichan Valley Regional District and the Alberni Clayoquot Regional District are both preparing for public engagement soon, and there even making a movie about it!

By December 2024 there will be an updated business case, and by February 2025 it will be presented. Let's keep growing the petition, we are making a difference!
