Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. We had a great turn out and the room was packed! Yesterday, we sent a proposal to the board requesting free parking from Monday through Thursday after 5 p.m. We clarified that we do not want to lose our off-season months or the free morning hours before 9 a.m. Also a huge thank you to Surfrider and Plastic Ocean Project! 

Yesterday's board meeting was just the beginning of getting our voices heard. The next meeting is May 8, 2025. The goal is to get on the agenda eventually. If you signed up for public comment last night and were not allowed to speak, please email your letters to the board. Contact information is listed below.

We want the board to read our proposal and agree to meet with us. If this proposal is denied, several others are ready to submit with more data and details.

We want to be transparent with everyone about what we are asking for. We need to keep the support going between now and the next board meeting. If you know any business owners or Wrightsville Beach residents, please ask them to write letters or send emails in support.
You do not need to be a resident to send a letter. We need letters from all supporters.
