If you don’t go to Wrightsville Beach, this fight still matters to you. We’ve had residents from other beaches asking us to advocate for fair beach access there next. This is not just about WB—it’s an issue for the entire southeastern part of North Carolina.
We truly believe that if we start with Wrightsville Beach, it can set a precedent and create a ripple effect for surrounding beaches. Public beach access should be fair and affordable for everyone, not just those who can afford high parking fees.
Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared—your voices are making a difference! Let’s keep the momentum going!
Did you see that the local chapter of Surfrider has joined in the support?! Their mission aligns with ours, and their advocacy adds even more strength to this movement. This is a huge step in showing how important and widespread this issue is.
