Restart National Conference before Election to reestablish Full Humanity to Nigerians
The Issue
According to the 1978 military decree called the Land Use Act, all lands in Nigeria belong to the Government. So, the people can only be tenants, serfs, or squatters who can never legally own or use their lands to get the proper loans as capital to fulfil their industrial potentials.
This law reinforces the colonial principle of 1885 to 1960 for violently merging and dispossessing indigenous families, communities, and individuals of land-ownership and thus, economic stability. So, it denies and violates the fundamental human rights of private property, liberty, and dignity, and therefore, fuels systemic poverty, corruption, insecurity, and ethno-religious conflict.
By stripping us of land-ownership, this Act re-establishes Nigeria as a neocolonial feudalism, where we can only become serfs that elect feudal lords to control our lands.
To end this feudalism, we must invoke our power as a free people in a Restart National Conference to establish private property rights as a sign of free humanity before further general elections in Nigeria.
Tour of Liberty – 37-day drive across 36 states + Abuja for communities in each senatorial district to showcase what their communities can produce.
Intra-district conference for community delegates to discuss the private property Charter, and to choose conference delegates.
Restart National Conference - for district delegates to ratify the Private Property Charter as the Will of The People.
Sign to end neocolonial feudalism and reestablish Full Humanity and Citizenship for Nigerians before election.
