ทางเราส่งจำนวนลายเซ็นทั้งหมด2,5450ต่อท่านสถานทูตญี่ปุ่นประจำประเทศไทย

ทางเราเข้าพบเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบทางสถานทูตสามคน และ ประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง รายงานกิจกรรมความเสียหายจากการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศพร้อมทั้งหลักฐานภาพถ่ายหรือเอกสาร เเละ เนื้อหาวิดีโอ YouTubeเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของกิจกรรมลายเซ็นนี้

เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบกล่าวถึงเนื้อหาของรายงานนี้
ได้เเก่「"เป็นเรื่องที่ที่น่าเสียใจ"ประเทศไทยเป็นหนึ่งในประเทศที่เป็นมิตรประเทศญี่ปุ่นที่สุดของโลก โดยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตมายาวนาน ประกฏว่าการกระทำทั้งหมดเหล่านี้เป็นไปสู่ความเสียหายสัมพันธ์ที่แย่ลงระหว่งประเทศไทยและญี่ปุ่น 」

「ขณะเดียวกันพฤติกรรมอย่าง
ประมาทมทำให้อิทธิพลต่อความสูญเสียาเชื่อถือของทั้งคนญี่ปุ่นอาศัยอยู่ในไทยเกือบ 100,000 คนเเละ1.8 ล้านคนต่อปีมาประเทศไทย
พวกเรามีความคาดหวังที่จะไม่ให้เกิดขึ้นอีกครั้ง」

เป็นการแก้ไขปัญหาจะพิจารณาต่อเนื่องจากสถานทูตญี่ปุ่นประจำประเทศไทย
ได้แก่
"เพิ่มเติมคำเตือนหยุดการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศในคู่มือความปลอดภัย" ที่ออกโดยกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ <อ้างถึง;https://www.anzen.mofa.go.jp/c_info/safety_guidance.html

การเรียกร้องไปยังบริษัทญี่ปุ่นที่เข้ามาประกอบธุรกิจในไทยให้มีการป้องกันการคุกคามทางเพศภายในบริษัทอย่างจริงจังในการประชุมประจำ รัฐบาลและบริษัทอญี่ปุ่นยู่ในไทย

พวกเขาจะพิจารณาไอเดียจะเป็นไปได้หรือ
การดำเนินงานไปปฏิบัติจริงหรือไม่

ปรากฏว่าตอบสนองเป็นไปด้วยดีเป็นเรื่องที่น่าดี่ใจอย่างยิ่งที่ได้เห็นเพราะว่าโดยปะกะติหลายรัฐบาล
ไม่ยินดีที่รับฟังสำหรับความกังวลของประชาชน
ขอความสะแดงออกขอบคุณการฟังทุกเรื่อง
เเละคำตอบที่จริงใจ

อยากให้ทุกคนให้ความใส่ใจกับแคมเปญและร่วมมือกันให้มีผู้ลงชื่อต่อไปเรื่อยๆนะคะ ในครั้งนี้เรารู้สึกขอบคุณทุกท่านเป็นอย่างมากสำหรับความร่วมมือและการสนับสนุนที่มีมาตลอดค่ะ

Thank you for your support as always.

We submitted 25,450 signatures to the Japanese Embassy in Thailand on July 10.

From the embassy, 3 staff members in charge of the consulate were present so we explained the content of the YouTube video, which prompted the petition campaign, and details of sexual harassment complaints that have been heard over the course with relevant photos and documents for about an hour.

From the 3 members, the following comments were issued with regards to our report:
"In Thailand, a country which has shown great friendliness towards Japan, such practices damage our long-time mutual friendship and we convey our deep regret on the issue."
"Such inconsiderate acts would damage the trust in nearly 100,000 Japanese expats in the country and over 1.8 million annual Japanese visitors to Thailand, therefore we hope such acts will never be committed again"

For specific measures, the embassy said they would discuss but they also said that they would consider the possibilities of introducing measures such as including warnings about sexual harassment in the "safety guidance" issued by the Foreign Ministry (https://www.anzen.mofa.go.jp/c_info/safety_guidance.html and raising awareness among Japanese companies in Thailand at regular public/private meetings.

When we look at the world there are governments which do not even consider responding to such concerns raised by their citizens, however, the Japanese Embassy properly listened to our opinions and they responded in an honest manner throughout the meeting so we would like to express our sincere gratitude.

We will carry on looking into the issue carefully and raising a voice for appropriate measures to be implemented.

We are hoping to work towards a society with no discrimination or disregard for human rights.
