We have heard from a whistleblower who works at WSIB about a current project the agency is working on to "upgrade core services". Our contact says that this is a huge project, for which people higher on the organizational chart are winning customer service awards. We don't see how this can be considering the immense number of stories like J's. The project is a lot of money, and our contact says that it doesn't actually amount to more than upgrading technology from fax to computer, and none of the concerns of injured workers and their advocates are being addressed.
